Biography.
images/dark intentions.jpg Style: 80's and 90's New York-hardcore with Thrashmetal, Deathmetal and Bay-Area Thrash influences.

The first inception of Dark Intentions was in 2003 when four friends deceided they wanted to make hard hitting metalcore, the way they best saw fit. Soon joined by a new member on bass, this musically diverse and capable team started rehearsing together. Honing their skills, the band recorded their first 3-track demo: Survival Is Not An Option. Despite being intended mainly as reference material, the demo found it's way inside the undergroud music scene, and received good recommendations from zines and opinion-makers. Reassured in the quality of the material, the band found itself rapidly developing playing a lot of live-shows, appearing on a local radio-show and winning a local band competition. Unfortunatly the band was not spared the dreadfull line-up changes-routine and lost a guitar player forcing the band to play in a more direct approach. Not deterred by this setback the band pushed on and in January 2005, Dark Intentions recorded 5 tracks for their first CD Remorse Will Die Today at the Artsound Studio in Belgium. It was a move that payed off, showing the band in a more professional light with a major leap in the quality of the production.
